Staff & Leaders

Just as our Vision statement reads, we are committed to helping people in our community discover and develop a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. You'll find below that our team is made up of many different people with diverse backgrounds, gifts, and stories, all united together in our work to glorify God and to help others know Him.

Our Pastors provide spiritual and operational leadership at Lakeshore. They are led by our Senior Pastor, Vince DiPaola, and work closely with Staff and other leaders to carry out our vision and mission.

Our Staff serves to provide ministry and leadership to our church and to fulfill our vision and mission through strategic planning and day-to-day operations. They work closely with other key leaders across several different ministry areas.

The Trustees provide direct oversight of our finances, property, and policies. They serve in a volunteer role and work together with our Staff and other leaders to ensure the financial health of Lakeshore.

The Elders provide spiritual oversight of everything we do at Lakeshore to ensure we remain rooted in biblical truth and committed to advancing our vision and mission.
