Welcome to Ignite Student Ministries!

Ignite Student Ministries is the student ministry of Lakeshore Community Church. We want you know that no matter who you are or where you’ve been, you’re welcome at ISM. We’re made up of a bunch of 6th thru 12th grade students who are striving to be all God wants us to be. We’re not perfect, nor do we have all the answers, but together we long to make a difference in our community for Him. ISM meets every Thursday evening at the church from 6:30-9:00 pm - please feel free to stop by and hang out with us as we get to know each other, explore who God is, meet new friends, and build community in an environment of acceptance and care!

Extreme Makeover: Youth Room Edition

As people, we all have deep needs that God wants to meet through the gifts, abilities, and sacrificial generosity of the God’s people. Well, here in Ignite Student Ministries, we recognize that there are legitimate needs within our own students’ lives right now, as well as in the lives of their friends who we have yet to meet. Patterned after the hit TV show featuring Ty Pennington, this series will be fun and interactive as we together seek to understand the need for the Lakeshore Community Center and how it will help us begin to meet the needs of our friends, to become a part of the creative design process, and to find ourselves sacrificially committing to support the vision in order to make this happen! It’s time for an Extreme Makeover!
