How we manage the money that God has given us is a test of our character, our competence, and our faithfulness to Him. In this message, we’ll take about how to use what God has given you in such a way that you pass the test of finances in your life.

Each man should give what he has decided in his heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work.”

I) HOLD THE RIGHT ATTITUDE ABOUT MONEY

1) Money usage reflects your true ___HEART___.

“Wherever your treasure is, there your heart and thoughts will also be.”

2) Money usage represents your true ___OBEDIENCE___.

“Whoever is faithful in small matters will be faithful in large ones… If, then, you have not been faithful in handling worldly wealth, how can you be trusted with true wealth?”

3) Money usage reveals your true ___FAITH___.

“But remember the Lord your God,for it is He who gives you the ability to produce wealth…”

II) TAKE THE RIGHT ACTION WITH MONEY

1) Give the first ____10% OF YOUR INCOME TO GOD____.

“‘Bring to my storehouse a full tenth of what you earn… Test me in this’, says the Lord.”

“On the Lord’s Day you should put aside something from what you have earned during the week, and use it for this offering. The amount depends on how much the Lord has helped you earn.”

“The purpose of tithing is to teach you to always put God first in your life.”

2) Pay the second ___10% OF YOUR INCOME TO YOURSELF___.

“The wise man saves for the future…”

“Dishonest money dwindles away, but he who gathers money little by little makes it grow.”

3) Use the remaining ___80% OF YOUR INCOME FOR LIVING___.

“Riches can disappear fast… so watch your business interests closely. Know the state of your flocks and herds.”

III) HAVE THE RIGHT ANTICIPATION ON MONEY

“And my God will meet all your needs according to his glorious riches in Christ Jesus.”

“Honor the Lord by giving Him the first part of all your income, and He will fill your barns… to overflow!”
