Organization: Turning Your Disorder Into Order

Leadership Matters, part 4 of 10
After Nehemiah examined the wall around the city of Jerusalem and saw it in disrepair at many points around the city he demonstrates another key trait of all effective leaders. He rallies his organizational skills to turn disorder into order. Effective leaders know the value of organization and have abilities to turn chaos into efficiency. In chapter 3, through a detailed list of the gates and the workers involved in repairing those gates around the wall, we’ll look at principles on how a leader organizes the work and the people around him so that the organization leads to optimization of results.
