I) OUR LIVES: WE’RE BUILDING SOMETHING

1) Building a life around OURSELVES: Very temporary!

“The ground of a certain rich man produced a good crop… ‘I will tear down my barns and build bigger ones…I’ll say to myself, ‘You have plenty of good things laid up for many years. Take life easy; eat, drink and be merry.” But God said, ‘You fool! This very night your life will be demanded from you. Then who will get what you have prepared for yourself?’ This is how it will be with anyone who stores up things for himself but is not rich toward God.”

2) Building a life around A LEGACY: Eternally rewarding!

“If any man builds on this foundation using gold, silver, costly stones, wood, hay or straw, this work will be shown for what it is, because the Day will bring it to light. It will be revealed with fire, and the fire will test the quality of each man’s work. If what he has built survives, he will receive his reward.”

II) OUR LEGACY: A PERFECT EXIT STRATEGY

1) Leave a legacy of godly CONVICTIONS with your family.

“A good name is more desirable than great riches.”

2) Leave a legacy of generous COMMUNITY with your friends.

3) Leave a legacy of genuine COMMITMENT with your faith.

III) OUR LEAVING: THE ETERNAL REWARDS
